Activation takes just a few moments through the activation link on our website. The interface is intuitive and setting up your users is quick and easy. All you need to do is accept the terms of our software licensing agreement and sign a HIPAA compliance Business Associates Agreement. All we need is your practice information and credit card info for billing. There is no further administrative processing or waiting period.

3bExam is not a third-party administrator. We do not sell to employers or transportation companies and our users are not part of a collection site network. The 3bExam platform is designed specifically to simplify the exam process for examiners and improve their relationship with employers and their workforce. While we do not “send you business,” the value added to your services by using 3bExam will definitely help increase your revenues.

3bExam is an exam management platform that greatly exceeds the capability of a “fillable PDF” or an “electronic form.”  Our intuitive web interface, intelligent data collection, error checking, validation and alerts on critical conditions ensure accuracy and compliance for every exam.

3bExam is a full-function browser based application. There is nothing to download or install. You can use your choice of computer, laptop, smartphone, or tablet connected to the internet. Access 3bExam anywhere, anytime, on any device.

3bExam is not an electronic medical records or electronic health record system. 3bExam is a standalone exam management platform that works in conjunction with your EMR or EHR. We do maintain a complete electronic record, including indexed document storage and a complete audit trail. 3bExam does offer a limited function scheduling and billing module but we do not consider the platform an EMR or EHR in the traditional sense.
